The Immunology Core provides the Harvard University AIDS research community access to and training in high complexity immunologic assays utilizing specialized technologies as well as more routine immunologic laboratory techniques.

To address these needs, the Immunology Core provides:

• SOPs and needed training in basic immunologic techniques
• High complexity flow cytometry technologies including:
  • Flow cytometric cell sorting of nonhazardous and biohazardous specimens in a biocontainment facility
  • Complex multi-color flow cytometric analysis (up to 10 parameters)
• Formal training opportunities in flow cytometry and immunologic techniques
• Unique reagents for flow cytometry
